You Are Invited to the King's Warrior Read-Up
Are you looking for a fun, family activity?
Well, you’re in luck, because this coming Tuesday (Jan. 19) I will be the guest author at one of Porpoise Publishing’s Read-Up events! Come join us from for a taste of epic adventure with author Jenelle Leanne Schmidt and professional audiobook narrator Benjamin Fife.
You can listen to a sample of the newly released audio book below!
When is the Read-Up?
Tuesday, January 19
7 PM EST, 6 PM CST, 5 PM MST, 4 PM PST
(if you are joining us from a time-zone outside the US, you’ll have to do the math on your own. I love you and hope you’ll come, but figuring out time-zones in my own country gives me a headache!)
What is a read-up?
A read-up is where you get to hear a portion of a book read out loud.
During this particular read-up, you will get to hear a sampling of King’s Warrior read out loud by Benjamin Fife (who also does the narration for the entire book, and soon the entire series). You will also get to interact with the author and narrator and ask questions or make comments.
Where Can I attend the Read-up?
There are several ways to attend the read-up. If you are looking for a more interactive experience where you can comment and ask questions, you can join the zoom call by registering below:
Or, if you just want to watch the event, you can do so at the Facebook Event, where the video will be live-streamed and recorded. Make sure you click “interested” or “going” in the event so that you get the reminders and so that we have an idea of how many people will be attending!
You do not have to have read or listened to King’s Warrior in order to attend! If you would like to purchase a copy, you can find my book in various places around the interwebs! (The e-book is still down at the promotional price of just $0.99 because I forgot to change it after the holidays! Best to take advantage of that before I get around to changing it!)
Will you be attending the Read-Up? What are some questions you would love to ask/have answered by an author or audiobook narrator?
If you could have a zoom call with your favorite author, who would it be? If you could ask them just one question, what would you ask?
