Meet the Character: Malilia

Malilia is a wood elf and acts as Echo’s initial guide through the fae realms. One of Queen Titania’s personal handmaidens, she has much information that is helpful to Echo’s quest.

Though Echo has heard that most fae are sneaky, capricious, and deceptive, Malilia defies those descriptions, changing the way that Echo thinks about the fae. She is quiet and thoughtful, bordering on solemn in her demeanor. There are difficult things and a great burden of guilt in Malilia’s past that she would prefer to keep hidden, but when Echo asks her probing questions, she steadily gives her truthful answers, even though some of them are painful.

Malilia is a considerate guide, making sure Echo knows the dangers she may face within Faerthain, the summer court of the fae realm and how to avoid falling into any traps that might be set for her by less-friendly members of the court.
