Avengers: Age of Ultron

This may very well be one of my shortest reviews ever.Ready? Here it comes!Avengers: Age of Ultron was . . . Fantastic!I honestly don't think I have a single negative thing to say about this movie. You know how sometimes there's a movie that you're excited to go see, you hear the hype, you get a little nervous that it won't live up to your expectations... that nothing could ever live up to those high of expectations... and you get worried that you'll leave the theater feeling let down, but you can't help but be super excited anyway? And then you go see the movie...And you leave the theater amazed, because the movie did not just live up to your expectations, but surpassed them all?Yeah, it doesn't happen to me very often, either. Especially with a sequel. But this was one of those very, very few times. Joss Whedon knocked it out of the park, my friends. Again.Seriously, if you've been having reservations and haven't gone to see it yet... go see it! (But, make sure you watch Captain America: The Winter Soldier first, because otherwise you might be a tad bit lost, this movie definitely builds on the ones that came before, and that one in particular when it comes to what's going on with SHIELD).I really don't want to do an in-depth review, because there are just too many places where there could be spoilers, and I don't want to risk that. But.... HAWKEYE! (yes, that was me doing a very girly fan-girl squeal just then, I'm not ashamed of it). And ULTRON! Ahhhh! What a good villain (James Spader has one of the best voices in movie-dom, in my humble opinion). Tony!!!!! I love that he is always exactly who I want him to be... and that he is constantly making me worry that he's not going to be... if that makes any sense (I could make it make more sense, but... SPOILERS)!There are also a couple of new characters, one in particular, that I just fell in love with! Yay! And Natasha... I haven't loved her in the past movies, though she began to become more compelling in Cap 2, but in this movie, you really get to see a bit more of her heart, and you'll love her for it.Ah, I've said more than I meant to. Go watch it, and then come on over and we'll have chocolate chip peanut butter cookies and cold Dr. Pepper and we can sit on my back porch and discuss it for hours.Seriously. Why are you still here reading my blog when you could be watching Avengers?
