I've only been talking about this collection forever, so you should not be feeling at all confused. Today we are all featuring Emma Clifton, author of Broken Glass - the second story in the collection. You can read my review of it from last week HERE.
I got to ask Emma one question for the blog tour:
Question: You suddenly wake up from what felt like a very restful sleep. You are in a beautiful room, and a fairly nice-looking man (who appears to have recently been in a battle, and is wearing rather old-fashioned clothing) is staring at you. It soon becomes clear that you have somehow become the Sleeping Beauty of the fairy tale, but you cannot remember how you got here, except for a vague and distant recollection of having been sewing something shortly before you fell asleep.... what would you do next?Emma: I'd kindly ask the young man to explain what happened; then I'd make plans from there. Hopefully the young man wouldn't expect me to marry him...if so, I think I'd run out of there as fast as I could.
Sounds like a good plan. :) Just make sure you don't accidentally leave behind a slipper! (Yes, I'm mixing my fairy tales)

Emma Clifton has been thinking up stories since before she knew how to type them out. Reading books such as the Chronicles of Narnia, The Door Within Trilogy, and Redwall inspired her to take her writing more seriously. Though her rigorous homeschool education keeps her busy, she also enjoys sewing, reading, and spending time with her family in beautiful Northern Virginia.
