Important Announcement Regarding Villainous Villains

I’m not here to point fingers…

But this has got Nefarious Villains written ALL over it.

As you know, the Silmaril Awards Ceremonies can get a little… chaotic at times. The villains are always scheming, the imps are always… mischiev-ing…

They’ve never attempted to take over before the actual ceremonies. However, it appears that this year they’ve managed it!

Some of you noticed yesterday that the entire Silmaril Awards site was down yesterday when you attempted to vote. It seems the Imps were messing about with the server.

However, the villains and the dragons definitely swooped in to take advantage of our difficulties (as they do). Because when the site came back up, we discovered to our shock and horror, that the dragons had eaten 75-80% of the votes we had attained!

Thankfully, the site is back up and running, but the votes have disappeared down the dragons’ gullets, never to be seen again.

The long and the short of it is…

If you voted anytime AFTER noon on Monday, would you please head back to the site and vote again?!

And spread the word to your friends! Even if you missed the nominations, you are welcome to vote!

So sorry about this, dear Reader! Thank you for your understanding in these trying times. Definitely need to make sure that wherever the villains and imps are housed next year they have no internet access!
