Book Four
While I wait for my line-editor and beta readers to get back to me about Yorien's Hand, and in the short time I have before I receive the editing notes for Stone Curse, I have begun going through the content-editing notes of the fourth and final book in The Minstrel's Song.Dear Reader, I cannot even express to you how excited I am to be working on this book once again. If you are a writer, you know that there are some projects that you put aside for a time, and when you come back to them they've maybe lost a little bit of their shine? They need polishing and reworking, and more than a little elbow grease? That's how Yorien's Hand was for me. It needed a LOT of work, not just editing, but reorganizing, reordering, whole new scenes and even an entirely new prologue. But then there are the projects that greet you like an old friend. They welcome you back with all the magic you felt when you first penned the words and they whisper that they just need a little bit of TLC and a light dusting. That's how it is with book four. I can't wait to reveal the title and tell you more about this final chapter in the series! Currently I'm working on a super-secret pinterest board for this book, and I'll let you see it once I reveal the title.
