Wheel of Time: Episodes 1-4

So, the long-awaited Wheel of Time television adaptation is finally here!

I’ve been sort of… dreading? this series since I heard it was coming. A little backstory… I never watched even a single clip of Game of Thrones. One, I knew from what other people were saying that I wouldn’t appreciate the sexual content, and Two, I’d never read any of the books so I kinda didn’t care.

But when it comes to The Wheel of Time… well… I’ve read those books.

Madness Solver in Wonderland by E.E. Rawls: Book Review

My friend and fellow Silmaril Awards host, E.E. Rawls has released not one, but TWO new books!

You may remember seeing these around the interwebs a month ago when we got to share the gorgeous new covers. Well, the books themselves are here, and they are just so much fun!

Rawls is back with her characteristic whimsical style, this time taking us from Earth into Wonderland (and back and forth between the two) on an exciting romp with Madnes Hatter and his friends.

But, here we are.

Today, I’m going to give you a feel for what it’s like playing Pandemic Legacy (without giving too many spoilers… because that’s a thing with this game!)

Pemberley: Mr. Darcy's Dragon Audio Book Review

If you've ever thought that Pride and Prejudice is ALMOST the perfect story, but what it really needs is dragons... then this is the book for you.

This was a delightful blend of a much-loved classic and well-thought-out fantastical elements that were woven into the story so seamlessly I almost forgot that Pride and Prejudice had ever been anything BUT a story about dragons.
